As a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise, I love helping people reach their health and fitness goals. Food is definitely important and part of that goal—but exercise also plays an incredible role in shaping the body you want and maintaining longevity.
My journey in fitness is pretty personal. I spent so much time killing myself in the gym without knowing proper form or techniques. I didn’t realize that if I wanted to see results, I needed to educate myself about exercise training techniques. After years of reading up on the latest workouts and training techniques, I decided to get certified to spread my knowledge and love of fitness with others.
