Persian Spinach Dip

Sautee the spinach in the oil until it begins to wilt (5-8 minutes). Transfer to a bowl and place in the refrigerator until cool to the touch.
When the spinach is cool, transfer the spinach to a colander. Use your hands to manually squeeze all the excess liquid out of the spinach.
Chop the spinach up finely and place in a large bowl. Add yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the dip. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving. Enjoy with your favorite veggies and other healthy dipping choices!
