What would you do if THIS was your kitchen?
That’s right. For the next 3-4 weeks, this is going to be my cooking space. At first, I was pretty pissed. But then I realized maybe this isn’t so bad. There are plenty of people out there with much smaller kitchens that make it work every day. So as much as I might complain
about not having an entire island of granite to cook on, perhaps it’s good to enjoy this slice of humble pie.
This process (we’re painting our house btw), has forced me to be a little creative in the kitchen to say the least. Even though we’re well into spring (it’s officially May), the weather has still been chilly and helped me make use of my slow cooker.
As you guys know, I’m a total meatball lover. I can’t say there’s anything super fancy about these meatballs. I’ve told you guys before how I tend to make different variations. But I decided to incorporate a ginger spread into this recipe.
